Hi Everyone,
1st April marks the beginning of Stress Awareness Month, a time when we are encouraged to take proactive steps to manage our stress and improve our mental health and wellbeing. 2025’s theme asks us to approach ourselves and others with kindness, compassion and acceptance, no matter what we might be dealing with.
To support this year’s campaign we are running a 30 day challenge. Watch out for the challenge sheet appearing on your desk! How many can you complete? Either keep your scores just for you or, if you want to, share it with a colleague!
