Baker Mallett introduced the Employee Recognition Award (ERA) in 2023 to celebrate colleagues who demonstrate exceptional dedication and drive. The ERA is a monthly, peer-nominated award designed to reinforce the company’s motto “we’re all in”. Winners receive company wide acknowledgment, a listing on our intranet based ERA Hall of Fame and a token gift to mark their achievement.

Aims

• To foster a culture of appreciation where peers actively recognise one another’s contributions.

• To strengthen employee engagement and morale across all offices.

• To highlight and share best practices by showcasing standout achievements to the entire team.

• To allow recipients to be recognised regularly for outstanding performance.

Outcomes and Impact

Every month , the ERA recipient is asked to provide a quotation for the intranet on what it has meant for them to win the award.
