Baker Mallett were appointed by Beaumont Brown Architects LLP to provide quantity surveying services for the refurbishment of Guisborough Town Hall, a Grade II listed building.

The building was acquired by Redcar and Cleveland District Council in September 2015.

The project involved the refurbishment and re-modelling of the Grade II listed building which had been unused for a number of years.

This project changed the building into a fresh and vibrant heritage and commercial centre for the people of Guisborough, Redcar and Cleveland. Features include a gin distillery, accommodation and community information centre.
