Hi Everyone,

As promised, we are happy to share a new, simplified quality plan with you. This single document replaces the EFS template, project handover, current quality plan and project close out forms.

The new Quality Plan is split into 4 sections, A-D, which need to be filled in and distributed as indicated at the following stages of a project:

Part A – Completed at EFS Stage

Part B – Completed immediately when the EFS becomes a live project

Part C – Updated during the operational stage of a project

Part D – Completed and distributed on project completion

The document can be downloaded from the Information page of The Wire and is effective immediately.
