Hi Everyone,

It’s been a couple of months since we were last in touch, and we hope you are all feeling the positive effects that spring can bring .

After a brief hiatus, management meetings have now reconvened for the new financial year.  2025/26 turned out to be a year of quiet stabilisation and  in 2026/2027 we will look to strengthen and build on that foundation. Our focus will be threefold: strengthening and maintaining our relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistently high levels of client satisfaction and widening our net to secure new clients and opportunities.

Looking ahead, May marks a special milestone as Baker Mallett celebrates its 107th birthday. We’ll be marking the occasion with cake, a mini team building task and inviting you to share some of your favourite moments, memories, or stories from your time here so far. It’s a chance to celebrate not just our history, but the people who continue to shape it. You.

We have two ERA awards to hand out – Congratulations to Alex Cozens (April) and Mark Pattinson (May).  Your efforts have not gone unnoticed.
