Hi Everyone.

Following the partners meeting earlier this month, we are pleased to report a positive first quarter for the year from all offices.

We have had lots of opportunities to bid which are now starting to convert to new projects.  Many of our work wins so far this year have been repeat business generated from local authorities and higher education.  With the new Procurement Act that came into play in February, it will be even more important to keep these relationships strong.  We will be providing an update for you on the Procurement Act April/May time.

Performance Reviews have come round again and your line managers will be arranging appointments with you.  This is your opportunity to reflect on your personal role and contributions to the business and to communicate what you want the future to look like for you at Baker Mallett.

Building Safety Act training will take place this week followed by a CPD to get everyone up to speed and iHasco training is underway where we have seen widespread engagement – please do keep on top of your training!

Adam will be conducting an internal QA audit of the EFS drive in April (from EFS Nr 893 onwards) - please make sure your paperwork is filed and completed by end of march. Non-compliances will now be logged.

Lastly, the ERA award for March goes to Ben Greenfield! Congratulations Ben! Vickie will be in touch with your award.
