Hi Everyone and Happy 2025 to you all!

 The break clearly did us all good because there’s an air of renewed enthusiasm across the offices and it appears that the new fleeces are proving useful in the icy weather!

 The first management meeting of the year has already taken place and we are pleased to report that our current position for 2025 is a positive one. 

 That said, there is much work to be done and as we head out in pursuit of a successful year, after, let’s be honest, a tough post covid period, the theme for this year will be “more” – more enquiries, more work winning, more staff, more business improvements.

 We have started the year with changes to our new job numbering system in order to align the offices further.  We will be building on that by simplifying the EFS and Quality Plan system – this will be communicated to you shortly – thank you Adam for your help in devising a more efficient, less time consuming process!

 We have received a lot of positive feedback about the Christmas briefing, in particular the highlights video and plan to communicate more often on what we are all working hard on as a team.  As recognition for your enthusiasm and engagement at the briefing and on our return to work, we have decided to award “TEAM BM” with the ERA award for January – each office will receive some goodies as a thank you.

So let’s start this year as we mean to go on – All in!
