As we step into the new year, we’ve already hit the ground running with our first Management Meeting of 2026. It was a productive and forward‑looking session, and it set a clear tone for the months ahead. We are now entering the final quarter of our financial year, which means our focus is firmly on delivery, forecasting, and preparing for the opportunities that 2026/27 will bring.
To support accurate WIP planning and resourcing, we’re asking all team members to share any intelligence you have on potential upcoming projects with existing clients. Early visibility is essential—whether it’s a conversation hinting at future phases, a framework call‑off that may land, or a client expressing interest in new support – please pass on anything that could help us keep one step ahead. Even small pieces of intel help us build the bigger picture.
In a couple of weeks, we’ll be hosting our IMS System (formerly known as QA) teach‑ins, and we’re looking forward to seeing everyone there. These sessions are designed to ensure every team member understands:
how our Integrated Management System underpins our work
why it matters for quality, safety, environment, and consistency
how each of us contributes to maintaining and improving it
The IMS is not just a compliance requirement—it’s a framework that supports excellence, efficiency, and confidence in everything we deliver. Your engagement is key to keeping it meaningful and effective.
