Baker Mallett Projects Receive Civic Trust Award Recognition

We're grateful to have played a part in two projects that were recognised at last month's Civic Trust Awards: Manchester Museum’s Hello Future (Architect: Purcell) and English Heritage’s Lincoln Medieval Bishops Palace (Architect: Buttress).

The Civic Trust Awards acknowledge architectural excellence that incorporates sustainability, accessibility and positive civic impact. The Hello Future project received Highly Commended recognition and won the Selwyn Goldsmith Award for Universal Design. The judges praised the “bold interventions that transformed spaces and enhanced the arrival experience”, highlighting the project's success. Congratulations to Manchester Museum and Purcell. It was a pleasure to be part of the team.

We fully agree with the judges' praise for the conservation excellence and collaborative engagement demonstrated in the project. As ever, it was a privilege.
