Baker Mallett Appointed to the RISE Construction Framework
We’re pleased to share that Baker Mallett has been appointed to the RISE Construction Framework for both Project Management and Cost Management services.
This new framework cycle, running from 2026 to 2030, coincides with RISE’s 10th anniversary, a milestone that reflects a decade of delivering high‑quality construction projects while creating measurable social value across the North. RISE is not like other frameworks. It was founded on a clear conviction: that exceptional service and meaningful community impact can, and should, co‑exist.
RISE’s model directly funds the VCSE sector, supporting organisations that work with the homeless, the vulnerable, the disadvantaged and the neglected. It is a framework built on purpose, responsibility and long‑term community benefit.
