The monthly Partners meeting took place last week and we are pleased to report that the business has performed well in the first quarter of 2025 and is also looking positive to the half year. Bids and enquiries are coming in on a daily basis we are continuing with a very successful win rate.
Staff Salaries have now been reviewed, the outcomes of which will be communicated to you individually during April for end of May implementation. In addition, your line managers, if they haven’t already, will be getting in touch with you to book time in for your performance reviews. We are looking forward to hearing your opinions about your performance, aspirations and experiences.
Also, don’t forget April is Stress Awareness Month – you should all have received your goodies pack and we ask that you take some time to manage any stress you might be experiencing at work. Take regular breaks, go for a walk, step away from your screen….. you know the drill.
The Building Safety Act Training has been completed and new processes are being developed to help us manage our obligations. For those who didn’t undertake the training, information will be provided about what our obligations are and the key issues for consideration.
Lastly, the ERA for April has been awarded to Nigel! Congrats Nige on your well deserved prize! Don’t forget to nominate each other for any time you notice a colleague go above and beyond.
