You will shortly be receiving a new policy via Bright HR, concerning the use of Artificial Intelligence. We are beginning to notice increased AI use throughout the industry and indeed, in our own business operations and so, at the last management meeting, took the time to discuss the risks and benefits.

As an SME, it is difficult enough to differentiate ourselves from a crowded marketplace, offering similar services for a similar price as many of our competitors. Therefore it is our people, our values, our uniqueness as a business that elevates us from the pack. We believe that extensive use of Ai will strip away much of the human experience of working with Baker Mallett and so we would like to use it sparingly and only for generating draft creative ideas.

AI must not be used in our professional service delivery at any time - for example, to write or contribute to technical reports or make calculations. We would ask that you please take the time to read and agree to the policy conditions when they are issued via BrightHR.
