Hi Everyone,

 Happy New Year! We hope everybody has had a fabulous break and feels rested and invigorated for a new year!

The first management meeting of the year will take place on Wednesday so we will provide wider updates from the Partners later this week but we wanted to let you know straight away that we are starting this year by implementing a new job numbering system which will bring all offices together under one central list.

 For clarity, existing jobs that have been allocated a job number already will continue using it until the job reaches completion

 Should you need to request a new job number for a new contract award, please contact me and I will allocate it under the new system – for repeat clients, this will mean a new client number as well as a new job number.

 Job numbers will not be issued unless the EFS process is complete and filed. This is a vital part of our QA and we will be carrying out quarterly audits to make sure that this crucial early data is collected. Adjustments to the EFS process to make it quicker and easier to complete are being signed off this week.  I will send details of this on Thursday
