Baker Mallett provide the service of Construction Design Management Coordinator (CDMC) under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007.
Since the introduction of the Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 1994, Baker Mallett has undertaken the role of Construction Design Managment Coordinator (CDMC) on projects of various sizes and complexity ranging from new build housing to large complex engineering projects.
Baker Mallett has the expertise and competence to carry out the coordination of the health and safety aspects of the design and planning process. They are fully conversant with the new Construction Design Management Regulations and the duties of the Construction Design Management Coordinator (CDMC) and can provide advice and assistance to the Client through the various stages of the project.
