WATCH OUT THE WARRIORS ARE ABOUT!
The lifesize Warriors from China's Terracotta army arrived at The British Museum in London as part of the First Emperor Exhibition which opened to the public on 13 September 2007 and finishes on 6 April 2008 after which a new exhibition on the Emperor Hadrian will run from 24 July to 26 October 2008.
Baker Mallett played a large part in the temporary conversion of the Round Reading Room and the creation of a 1150m2 stage and perimeter walls to take the exhibition by providing Quantity Surveying serivces, under one of its Framework Agreements with The British Museum, and will be involved in the subsequent reinstatement of the Round Reading Room once the exhibitions are concluded.
