Partnering Adviser

Baker Mallett has been appointed on a number of projects in both the private and public sectors to act in the capacity of Partnering Adviser.  To date the Practice has five accredited Partnering Advisers who are registered with the Association of Partnering Advisers, a nationally recognised organisation founded to assist in the development of Partnering.

By drawing on our extensive experience of Partnering, Baker Mallett is able to provide a proactive role in the selection and appointment of the Partnering Team and provide considered opinion on the most suitable form of contract for the Project.  Baker Mallett can assist and prepare all necessary documentation required for the contractual framework whilst also offering practical assistance and support in any matters requiring resolutions.
