These services include; developing all forms of estimates throughout the project, advising on contract strategy including preparing and negotiating contracts, producing and maintaining front end and detailed programmes, leading value analysis workshops to ensure best value, undertaking project management responsibilities, providing all aspects of cost control including analysis, reporting and auditing and the administration of subcontractor accounts.
