Baker Mallett provide Building Surveying Services to a range of Clients. The services provided range from Housing Association Modernisation Projects to barn conversion works. Baker Mallett provide a full Building Surveying service to include surveys, preparing drawings, making applications for Planning Permission and Building Warrant and overseeing the project during the Construction Phase.
Baker Mallett's Building Surveying Service is complimented with Baker Mallett also being able to Provide Project Management, Quantity Surveying and CDM Coordinator Services, amongst a few to further enhance the service we are able to offer.
