This Design and Build project comprises the construction of a new 55,000 sq ft, 2 storey, Delivery Office to BREEAM Excellent standard and 65,000 sq ft Multi Storey Car Park.
The development involved the relocation of existing staff from the original site close to Battersea Power Station, releasing the land for 6 acres of development for public use.
