Hermitage & Cloisters project nominated for an RICS North West Property Award

There's something truly special about being nominated for an RICS North West Property Award, but this time it feels even more rewarding. Why? because it involves a client we've had the pleasure of working with for over 10 years, Liverpool Hope University, and in a category that we consider a specialism - heritage.

The nomination recognises the Hermitage & Cloisters project, where two grade ll* listed buildings were thoughtfully restored and transformed into new student accommodation and apartments. The project encountered COVID-19 along the way and met with added complexity by being surrounded by a conservation area.

This nomination is a celebration of determination, collaboration, and finding the perfect blend between respecting the past whilst responding to modern needs. It's a reminder of what can be achieved when we work together combining expertise and passion. Congratulations to the team with special recognition to Liverpool Hope University for their inspired leadership in delivering remarkable buildings.
