Workington Town Centre Public Realm Phase 2

Baker Mallett provided both pre and post Project and Cost Management services to Allerdale Borough Council
The Phase 1 works involved the creation of 2 new squares with column, new seating and a central performance space under "The Hub"
This work was carried out in order to further develop the new town centre shopping area including paving enhancement, glazed canopies, lighting, car park grilles and bus shelter.
Baker Mallett also acted in the capacity of Project Monitor to NWDA and carried out weekly site visits in order to closely monitor the progress of the works.
