Baker Mallett was appointed as Cost Consultants and Employers Agent by Synergy Housing Solutions to construct a new build development on a brownfield site at Northallerton.
The supported housing development comprised of 16 flats of varying sizes some of which have interconnecting doors, together with warden and communal facilities such as lounges, meeting rooms, childrens rooms and laundry. External works included car parking, general hard and soft landscaping together with a childrens play area designed to stimulate the senses.
The project commenced in June 2008 and was handed over June 2009.
