Spennymoor Arts Resource Centre
Baker Mallett was appointed by Sedgefield Borough Council to act as CDM Co-ordinator for the project.
The Leisure Centre remained open during the construction phase, presenting challenges to the CDM Co-ordinator and Principal Contractor.
The project involved the external and internal remodelling of Spennymoor Leisure Centre to provide a café, an arts resource centre, dance studio and multi-purpose hall.
The project commenced in September 2009 and was completed in February 2010.
