Baker Mallett was appointed by Deckers UK Limited to provide Project Management, Quantity Surveying and CDMC services for the fit out of the new stores for UGG Australia.
The project at Foley Street was completed over 3 phases, Phase 1 was the UGG offices, Phase 2 the groundfloor showroom and phase 3 was the basement showroom. The first retail shop was on Cathedral Works in Manchester and opened in September 2009 after a 10 week period. The first retail shop at an outlet village was opened in Bicester in September 2009.
The full value stores in Mancester and London and the outlet store in Bicester village were all fitted ou and completed over a 10-12 week period and finished in time for the Christmas period of 2009.
