Baker Mallett was appointed by Deckers UK Limited to provide Project Management, Quantity Surveying and CDMC services for the fit out of the new stores for UGG Australia.
The first retail shop was on Cathedral Works in Manchester and opened in September 2009 after a 10 week period.
Baker Mallett is involved in a further 2 shops, 1 at Foley Street showroom and one a Bicester Village both of which are due for the fit outs to be complete by December 2009 with a 10-12 time period.
