Sheltered Accommodation
Baker Mallett has been appointed various roles by Synergy on this Sheltered Housing Development.
Six bungalows are to be built on this Greenfield Site and one of the bungalows will be a disabled residence.
Baker Mallett will be involved in producing tender documentation, reporting and developing tenders in order to assist with the appointment of the Contractor.
The Project started on site at the end of October 2007 in September 2007 and was completed in August 2008.
