Refurbishment of former MOD Barracks

Baker Mallett was appointed to provide Quantity Surveying Monitoring services on behalf of the Royal Bank of Scotland.

The UK’s highest village located at Wanlockhead in South Lanarkshire involved the refurbishment of former MOD barracks into six luxury homes.

Baker Mallett provided advice and monthly reporting to Royal Bank of Scotland to allow fund drawdowns against loan facilities.

The £600,000 project was completed in the Summer of 2007.
