Baker Mallett was appointed by DARE (Northern) Limited to provide a range of services to assist in the re-development of the Axwell Park site.
The scheme comprises of three phases, the re-construction and redevelopment of the Grade II* listed Axwell Hall, the construction of 18 exclusive new houses on the site of Clavering House School and the construction of 28 new houses on the site of the old stables block in a Georgian period style.
Baker Mallett was originally appointed as part of the clients team as Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers. This role has now developed to include Site Management, Contract Administration, CDM Coordination, Health and Safety management and auditing and procurement. This project started on site in June 2006 and is currently ongoing.
