Baker Mallett was appointed to act as Quantity Surveyors on the scheme which consisted of the erection of a new restaurant on Teesside Retail Park. The design incorporated the distinctive “Blade of Light” design and the building was designed to have both inside and outside eating space.
The project commenced in January 2007 and was completed in June 2007.
