New Offices for Tristar Homes

Baker Mallett acted as Project Coordinator and Advisor for Tristar Homes assisting them in the design and fitting out of new rented office space.
This included providing optional layouts, cellular offices,meeting rooms, and kitchen facilities within a large open space to suit the requirements and to accommodate 30 members of staff of various grades.
The works included :
The liaison and negotiation with main Contractor to complete the fitting out works as separate Contract and organising IT facilities and installations liaising with Spe cialist Consultants and network providers.
The project commenced in August 2008 and was completed in April 2009.
