Middlebrook Tennis Centre
This project involved the internal and external design, construction and development of a new major community sports and leisure facility.
Baker Mallett provided project monitoring services which involved maintaining and monitoring the expenditure of the development.
The indoor complex included eight indoor tennis courts, health and fitness facilities, sports machine facilities, changing and showering facilities, toilets, bars, catering and social facilities, reception, office and meeting facilities, Law Tennis Association facilities and a sports education theatre.
The outdoor facilities included six outdoor clay tennis courts, 400 m floodlit athletics track, full size association football pitch, four multi purpose all weather pitches and associated facilities.
