Internal Refurbishment of Church Hall
Baker Mallett was appointed by Alpha Plus Architects to undertake full pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services for the refurbishment of Spennymoor Church Hall in County Durham.
The works involved stripping out all asbestos containing material; demolition of stage; stripping out and replacement of sanitary installation, kitchen, mechanical and electrical installations; internal and external redecoration; new floor and ceiling finishes throughout; replacement of external doors and frames.
The project commenced in January 2010 and was completed in April 2010
