Hotel Development
Baker Mallett was appointed as Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors on the new build hotel. The project included a six thousand member leisure facility consisting of a gym and fitness studios, dance and aerobics studios, health and beauty facilities, wet and dry changing facilities, squash courts, swimming pool, steam room and sauna, jacuzzi and associated catering and relaxation facilities.
