Historical Hall Refurbishment
Baker Mallett has been appointed to provide pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services for the refurbishment of Bywell Hall.
The ground floor of the hall will be renovated and refurbished in order to be used commercially for exhibits to be displayed in glass casing. At the moment a small part of the Hall is residential.
Baker Mallett has just started on the feasibility studies and the option analysis for this project.
WR Dunn are acting as Project Managers on the site.
