Fit Out Works
Baker Mallett was appointed on this project as Quantity Surveyors to oversee the fitting out works of an existing shell building.
The works consisted of providing a new delivery facility, which included fitting out a purpose built shell envelope with internal walls, internal doors, internal roof structure, floor, wall and ceiling finishes, new sanitary fittings with associated plumbing works, fittings and fixtures, disposal installations, internal and external drainage, mechanical and electrical installations.
Baker Mallett also assisted in the procurement and management of the clients direct contracts.
