Extension to Sports Stadium
Baker Mallett was employed under the Community Club development programme framework to act as Project Monitors to oversee the procurement and construction of an extension to the existing stadium, changing pitch and track repairs, new car parking and a new third generation pitch.
With funding being made available from several sources overall financial control was essential to protect the client's interests in this project.
