Baker Mallett was appointed by Yorkshire Coast Homes to provide Quantity Surveying and Employer’s Agents services for the development at Hertford Close.
The Works comprised of the construction of 3 Nr.4bedroom 2 storey dwellings together with at Hertford Close, Overdale and Scarborough together with associ ated external works, drainage and service connection.
The Project commenced in April 2009 and was completed in to August 2009.
