Construction of a new Mail Centre
Baker Mallett has been appointed the role of Project Managers and Quantity Surveyors by Royal Mail Group Property for the development and construction of the new mail centre in Northampton.
The mail centre will act as a processing centre for mail distribution operations in the East Midlands area.
Construction work on the 19,460 square metre building commenced in July 2008 and was completed in August 2009.
