Baker Mallett acted as the Quantity Surveyors for this College.
The project consisted of the rationalisation of Student Accommodation in Weaponness and Willersley Houses and the remodelling of the newly acquired property on Filey Road to provide student accommodation and a flat for the House Master.
Baker Mallett’s involvement started at the design and feasibility stage which enabled them to provide advice on Health and Safety from the early design stage right through to the completion of the project.
The project had to be multi phased in order to comply with the school holidays. The feasibility study started in December 2004 and the site was completed in March 2006.
