Clow Beck Workshop
Baker Mallett was appointed by Clervaux Trust Limited to act as Quantity Surveyors and CDM Co-ordinators.
The project involved the alterations and refurbishment of an existing Farmplus building to provide a workshop, office space, kitchen and dining facility. The external walls have been constructed with straw bales and coated in a lime plaster.
Clow Beck is a centre specialising in sustainable agriculture and creating opportunities for young people/people with special needs.
The Project started on site in June 2009 and was completed in May 2010.
