Alterations to North Riding F.A.
Baker Mallett was appointed by North Riding County FA to provide a range of services including Project Manager, CDMC, Quantity Surveying and Contract Administration services.
The project comprised the alterations to rationalise the existing accommodation involving altering the existing layout to form an open plan office, provide new entrance arrangement and reception desk, extend and refurbish the kitchen facilities, provide new female and disabled toilet facilities and refurbishment and extension of the electrical and mechanical engineering services as all detailed in the specification and drawings.
The project commenced on site in January 2010 for 5 weeks and was completed in February 2010.
