Alterations to Lancaster House
Baker Mallett provided traditional Quantity Surveying Services and also acted as Employer’s Agent throughout the duration of this project.
Lancaster House Hotel involved the refurbishment and extensions to the bar, function suite and leisure club facilities. It also involved the extension of the hotel to provide 19 luxury bedroom suites.
Monthly project meetings and site visits were arranged by Baker Mallett to review progress and agree on any variations.
