Airport Fit Out Works
Baker Mallett was appointed onto this project as Quantity Surveyors to oversee the pre and post contract works for the fitting works for their client at East Midlands Airport Hub.
The works comprised of new internal office accommodation, mechanical and electrical installation, overseeing specialist fit out elements i.e. roller ball bed facility, battery charging facilities and weighbridges.
The external works consisted of a fuel island, jet wash facility, external signage and gatehouses.
Baker Mallett also assisted with the procurement of all of the Clients Direct Contracts.
