Affordable Housing, North and East Broomlands
Baker Mallett was appointed by the developer to provide pre and post contract quantity surveying services to Eildon Housing Association on their £3.95M contract to provide 38 affordable homes.
The housing mix; 28 homes were provided for rent by Eildon Housing Association whilst the remaining 10 were Homestake properties.
North Broomlands was completed in January 2009 and East Broomlands was completed in November 2010.
