Affordable Housing Development
Baker Mallett has been involved with a variety of roles within this affordable housing project including Cost Consultant, Client Representative, Partnering Adviser and CDM Coordinator.
The project consisted of the construction of eleven new dwellings on three different sites; Springs Site is a development with two, semi-detached houses, The Parks site has two single block apartments and Park Lane site contained seven terraced houses ranging from two to four bedrooms.
The associated external works and services are all part of Baker Mallett’s contract including; roads and road extensions, drainage, hard standing areas, street lighting, landscaping garden areas and installing calor gas heating.
The project started in March 2006 and is due for completion in May 2007.
