Affordable Housing Development
Baker Mallett was appointed by 4 Housing Group to undertake full pre and post contract Quantity Surveying, CDM Coordinator and Employer’s Agent services.
The scheme comprises of the design and construction of 13 Affordable Dwellings of mixed use and size together with associated external works and drainage.
This is part of an overall development of 38 Dwellings on the site both mixed use.
The project commenced in February 2010 and was completed in March 2011 and the duration was for approximately 54 working weeks.
