Affordable Housing Development
Baker Mallett was appointed Employer’s Agent and Quantity Surveyor on this project.
The housing scheme consisted of the demolition of the existing car garages and construction of twenty two houses on five different housing developments within North Yorkshire; Easingwold, Northallerton, Topcliffe and two sites at Thirsk.
Pre and post contract services were provided by Baker Mallett including site visits, negotiating cost variations and the associated external works.
The project started in July 2005 and was completed in October 2006.
