Affordable Housing, Broomlands
Baker Mallett was appointed by the developer to provide pre and post contract quantity surveying services to Eildon Housing Association on their £3.95M contract to provide 38 affordable homes.
The housing mix for the project is: 28 homes are being provided for rent by Eildon Housing Association whilst the remaining 10 are Homestake properties.
The development was tendered in December 2006 and has been on site since May 2007. Phase 1 is expected to be handed over to Eildon in Easter 2008 with Phases 2 and 3 being completed in October and November 2008 respectively.
