Baker Mallett has been appointed by London South Bank University in the role of Quantity Surveyors for the continual renovation and refurbishment of the University in order to upgrade and improve the educational establishment.
2007 saw the completion of the new Admissions and Recruitment Centre (ARC) at the University. This project provides the university with a new fit for purpose public space which will be used by the LSBU admissions team for drop-in course enquiries, information evenings, small scale open days and group visits to the University by schools and colleges.
The £2m facility was opened by Lord David Triesman of Tottenham in October 2007. The event was also marked by the signing of a strategic partnership with the Cambridge Education Group to provide additional pre-university language tuition to LSBU’s International Student Intake.
