5* Hotel Spa and Golf Course Complex
Baker Mallett has been appointed Partnering Advisers and Cost Consultants for this £40 million project.
It is the development of a 350 acre site together with an existing 19th century country house into one of the finest country houses in the UK.
The country house will have the provision of a 63 bedroom luxury hotel, spa facilities and an 18 hole championship golf course. The project also includes the provision of the golf club house and green keeping facilities together with the driving range and half way house.
