NEW CONTRACT FOR SELKIRK
We are pleased to announce our new appointment as Building Surveyors to Waverley Housing Association in Hawick to carry out Stock Condition Surveys to its housing stock.
The commission involves completing surveys to properties throughout the Scottish Borders, preparing component schedules, completing Scottish Housing Quality Standard Audits and preparing whole life costing, planned and cyclical maintenance programmes and budgets for the Association.
